Downside: having to pivot your wedding plans due to a global pandemic
Upside: the new plan is an intimate celebration at the Cliffhouse Bistro in Banff, complete with a chairlift entrance to their ceremony, t r a n s f o r m a t i v e food, and epic views

They got ready together with their closest pals. Justine foraged for little pieces of greenery for the favours the night before. Shelby wore the bodice from her mom’s wedding dress. They snuck away from the reception to a private corner on the cliff, we played Bloom by The Paper Kites from our phone, and they had their first dance as the sun tucked itself away behind the mountains.

These two made this day their own. We’re so lucky to have been the ones to document it.

We share a love of good coffee + Harry Styles + that was more than enough to kickstart our love for these two. This was one of our favourite engagement sessions last season. We spent this summer night wandering aimlessly around Bridgeland, stopping for coffee + vinyl browsing + wherever else it felt right, playing around as the sun went down. It felt perfectly casual + full of intimacy + goofiness, just like the best kind of date nights with your best bud.

Sofia + Jarret // Calgary Engagement Session

Two incredibly talented artists, their notebooks, some ciders, and Nose Hill Park in Calgary. This session quickly became a new favourite of ours. Not only are these two incredibly cute (OBVIOUSLY, look at them!) but they are also such rad humans who we quickly wanted to be buds with.
